IGor Jefe
Igor is the driving force behind BIOCARBON13’s wall of sound. Beneath the surface of an extroverted frontman and mad scientist lies a base of classical music training and decades of experience writing and performing in the music industry. He regards synthesizers not so much as musical instruments but as high-voltage torture devices for the soul, using his arcane technical knowledge to deliberately corrupt clean signals into beautifully structured chaos. Igor, the project’s main lyricist, turns existential dread, systemic cynicism, and the relentless noise of modern life into sharp poetic weapons. His words don't offer an escape from reality; they give the raw, resilient vocabulary needed to survive it. Every weaponized bassline, jagged beat, and biting lyric is constructed of a lifetime of sonic obsession to make the hyper-aware listener feel totally understood in the dark.
Claudia Étoile
If Igor is BIOCARBON13’s crushing, industrial engine, Claudia is the atmospheric pressure that holds the chaos together. Claudia is a key contributor to the sound, look, and feel of the project, deconstructing the genre's usual grime to deliver a sharp, curated minimalism. With a background in art, design, and fashion, she masterminds the band’s striking visual brand, proving industrial aesthetics can be weaponized with high-design sophistication. On stage and in the studio, Claudia rules the keyboards with quiet, calculated precision, a counterpoint to Igor’s high-voltage friction. Her voice offers the right haunting counterpoint to the aggressive production, slicing through weaponized beats with an ethereal, enchanting delivery. She doesn't just add melody to the dark; she gives the shadow self a voice that is captivating and elegant.
